Budget: The cable budget has $600 dollars so we should be ok. Our annual budget passed as written.

Review Programing Scheduling:
Upcoming Events:
- Deliberative Session: The Deliberative will be held on January 30, 2106 starting at 9:00am. Snow day is February 6, 2016, 9:00am.
- Candidates Night: Candidates Night will be held on February 17, 2016. It will begin at 7:00pm. Annie Collier asked if the candidates for the school board could be included. The committee agreed it would be a good idea. The committee decided to follow the same procedure for the candidates as last year, Mary will set the letter up for the candidates. The committee will ask Mary-Jo McCullough to hand out the invitations to each candidate.
- Fire Department’s Event: The event was well attended. Santa and Mrs. Claus were there. A horse all deck out came across from CPM Stables to the delight of the children. The Marines were also there collecting for Toys for Tots. Many gifts were collected. Mary had handed out consent forms to parents and guardians that will allow us to record and broadcast the children who sat with Santa Clause and had their pictures taken.
Unfinished Business:
- Next step in equipment purchase: After some discussion it was decided that Diane would be in contact with Chris Liquor, our consultant’ and together they would choose the next step. The committee decided that nothing new would take place until February 17, 2016. It was also felt that a site evaluation will be needed. The committee would like the company, doing the site evaluation, to attend a meeting with the cable committee and Chris Liquor.
New Business:
- Request to televise the tape of the Amesbury Baptist Church: Mary said the Rockingham Church would also like it services to be televised. The committee discussed how they would work out the televised schedule. It was decided that each service, including the Baptist Church of Newton, would be aired twice a week. As of now all three will air on Sunday. Rockingham Church at 9:00am, Newton Baptist at 11am and Amesbury at 2pm. Rockingham will air a second time on Wednesday at 9:00am, Newton Baptist on Thursday at 8am and Amesbury Baptist on Friday at 8am. Times and days are subject to change. Our operator Doug will be asked to set the air times up on Tuesday nights.
- Review the consent form: The committee decided to keep the form basically as is, since it was shown to legal counsel.
